Return Conditions

Return Period

Product Condition

To qualify for a return, items must be:

✔️ Have tags attached and be returned in their original packaging
✔️ Free from perfume, deodorant stains, pet hair, and makeup marks
✔️ Shoes must be returned in their original box (undamaged and without tape or stickers)

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.

Conditions for Fashion Items

🛑 Hygiene & Undergarments
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, undergarments, socks, and earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

🛑 Limited Edition & Custom Items
Personalized, custom-made, or limited-edition pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

🛑 Sale & Promotional Items
Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
