- United Kingdom & Domestic Orders – ✅ FREE shipping on all orders
3. Handling & Processing Time
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
⚠️ Note: During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, or special events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
4. Time Zones & Delivery Schedule
Our warehouse operates on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Orders are processed according to GMT business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Standard deliveries 5-7 days are made Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (local time).
⚠️ Delays & Exceptions: In rare cases, delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen courier issues.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- UK & Domestic orders: No additional customs fees.
6. Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to absence or failure to collect, the order may be returned to us, and reshipping fees will apply.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us immediately at info@vaelmont.uk.
- Lost Package: We will work with the courier to locate your package.
- Damaged Item: Send us photos of the package and item, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Stolen Package: If marked as "Delivered" but not received, check with your neighbors or local post office first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.
